I live in a small city called São Caetano do Sul, 30 Km from São Paulo city (São Paulo is the biggest city from Brazil). The idea in playing in RemoteSchach is to play and to talk with friends around of the world. I learned to play chess with 10/11 years and my first steps in a chess club were in 1964/5. I played chess over-the-board in chess clubs until 2001 when the chess club of the city closed… Ever since I have been playing the chess by email (Chess-in-Friendship LetsPlayChess and Red Hot Pawn) or on-line (Ajedrez21 and Gamecolony). My nickname in these clubs is Zirconium. I understand English, Spanish and Portuguese language. Look, I play chess to spend my free time, to enjoy and to make new friendships.
